Q. What is your most memorable curling moment?
A. Celebrating with my team after winning my first women’s provincial at the 2020 Alberta Scotties.
Q. If you could give one piece of advice to a young curler, what would it be?
A. It’s cliché, but your losses will be your biggest teachers. My hardest losses have lead to my biggest victories. Hang in there and put the work in, and the wins will come!

Q. How long have you curled for and how did you get started?
A. I started curling 23 years ago.  My dad was a big curler and would drag me to the rink with him in Gillam, Manitoba.  Didn’t take long to go from being pushed down the ice on top of the rock handle to wanting to learn to throw them!
Q. What are your curling achievements?
A. 2017 Manitoba Scotties Champion.  2020 Alberta Scotties Champion. 2017 National Scotties Finalist (Team MB).  2017 Olympic Trials participant. 3 time National Scotties participant (2017 MB, 2018 Canada, 2020 Alberta).  2 time grand slam finalist.
Q. What is your most memorable curling moment?
A. Winning my first Manitoba provincial title in 2017 with Team Michelle Englot.  The 2017 Olympic Trials was special to be a part of too!
Q. If you could give one piece of advice to a young curler, what would it be?
A. Stick with it!  Find teammates who love the game as much as you do.  Learn from every loss and always value your coaches input! 😀

Q. How long have you curled for and how did you get started?
I have been curling for 23 years. My parents started in a fun league with our neighbours, and got me and my brothers into a learn to curl program the following year.
Q. What are your curling achievements?
2007 Team Alberta Canada Winter Games, 2010 Team Alberta Junior Canadians, 2011 Team Alberta Junior Canadian silver medalists, 2020 Team Alberta Scotties Tournament of Hearts
Q. What is your most memorable curling moment?
Winning my first Alberta crest was very special to me, and most recently winning the Alberta women's provincials to go to the Scotties was something I will never forget.
Q. If you could give one piece of advice to a young curler, what would it be?
A. As a young curler, I would recommend to take in as much information as you can. Work with coaches and instructors and listen to their tips, be open to receiving feedback and trying out new things, watch curling games to learn strategy, and don't be afraid of playing older teams or losing tough games as you will learn from them.
