ASHAM CURLING SUPPLIES WARRANTY STATEMENT
When you choose Asham, your satisfaction is fully guaranteed!
All Asham products are warranted to be free of defective materials and workmanship for the life of the product.
- Life of the Product: The "life of the product" refers to the expected duration of use of the product under normal conditions. It is not related to a person's life expectancy but rather the product's expected lifespan based on its usage and maintenance.
- Coverage: At its option, Asham will provide repair or replacement of products that fail to perform as expected for the products’ life expectancy. Please note that warranty replacements will only be for the same size as the product being covered under warranty
- Substitutions or Refunds: Asham reserves the right to discontinue materials, parts, and products, to make substitutions, or to refund the original purchase price.
- Exclusions: This warranty does not include damages that arise from misuse or abuse of this product.
- Second-Hand Purchases: Please note that Asham does not cover warranty on products that are bought second-hand or from unauthorized resellers.
- Please note that freight charges may apply for the delivery of replacement items. At Asham, we strive to ensure transparency in all aspects of our service, including shipping costs.
- All freight charges will be preapproved with the customer before proceeding with the delivery of replacement items.

HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM:
To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Please fill out the warranty claim form located at the bottom of the page.
- Please attach/upload the required pictures.
Additional instructions will be provided once your claim has been reviewed.
RETURNS/EXCHANGE:
Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase with your receipt for an exchange or refund.
If the product was ordered online the shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product was shipped in error by Asham.
Refunds without proof of purchase will be issued as a store credit at the product’s lowest selling price.
GOODS RETURNING TO CANADA FROM THE US OR OTHER INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS:
If you are returning Asham products or goods originating from Canada and have not undergone any enhancements, alterations, or changes from their original state, we kindly request your attention to the following details.
Please instruct your courier to explicitly indicate "Canadian Goods Returning" or “CANADIAN ORIGIN” when dispatching the items.
Additionally, ensure the use of the Harmonized Item Description and Coding System (HS Code 9814) during the shipment process.
This specific information will greatly assist in facilitating a clear distinction during customs clearance, proper classification of the goods, and ultimately prevent any unnecessary additional payments.
In any case where the above directives are not followed, and additional custom charges are incurred, we regret to inform you that these charges will be applied to your invoice.
