Q. How long have you curled for and how did you get started?
A. I have been curling for 23 years now and it was my father who introduced me to curling as he was already playing at that time. When I used to watch him play I always wanted to try it too.

Q. What are your curling achievements?
A. I see my two biggest achievements so far – one of them is reaching the semi final at the European Championship in Glasgow and the other is reaching the playoffs at the World Championship in North Bay.

Q. What is your most memorable curling moment?
A. The WWCC in North Bay was genuinely the best I’ve experienced so far. Playing in front of such a big audience, meeting the fans, winning the games and reaching the playoffs was the biggest thing for a team from quite a small curling country.

Q. If you could give one piece of advice to a young curler, what would it be?
A. Enjoy every moment, play with your friends, train hard but have fun and the results will come 😀

Q. How long have you curled for and how did you get started?
A. I started to curl in 2010 after I watched Olympics in Vancouver.

Q. What are your curling achievements?
A. I'm lucky to be part of the Czech National Team for many years now. From many tournaments I played with my team I would pick up World Women Curling Championship 2018, where we finished 6th.

Q. What is your most memorable curling moment?
A. Singing Czech anthem while wearing national uniform.

Q. If you could give one piece of advice to a young curler, what would it be?
A. Don't concentrate to much on your goals and results, enjoy the journey instead.

Q. How long have you curled for and how did you get started?
A. I started in May 2010 after I traveled with my mum’s team to tournament in Scotland, and realized how cool curling can be!

Q. What are your curling achievements?
A. The biggest one so far is certainly silver medal from WJCC 2012, but highly seconding is the 6th place on ECC2019, therefore securing a spot at the worlds! I’m also proud on my achievements in mixed and mixed doubles curling, thanks to which I grew as a curler.

Q. What is your most memorable curling moment?
A. The very last game (and the last stone) of ECC 2019, which decided our advance to WWCC 2020 (well, WWCC 2021 actually!)

Q. If you could give one piece of advice to a young curler, what would it be?
A. Be patient, enjoy the game but train hard on and off the ice! It will pay off.

Q. How long have you curled for and how did you get started?
A. I’ve been curling for 6 years. I started after seeing my sister play at Junior Worlds in Switzerland.

Q. What are your curling achievements?
A. I’ve been selected to represent Czech republic as a part of junior team 4 times, I won Czech mixed curling championship twice and I’ve been representing Czech Republic at Winter University Games. But my biggest achievement is making it into this team, ending up 6th at European Curling Championships, becoming 2019 Czech curling champion and winning the right to represent our country at the upcoming Worlds.

Q. What is your most memorable curling moment?
A. Playing at Winter University Games 2019. It felt like a small Olympics.

Q. If you could give one piece of advice to a young curler, what would it be?
A. Willing to work hard makes you a promising player. Show it. Teams will want you to join them, even though you are not on the same level as they are - but they know you will get there and maybe even further.

Q. How long have you curled for and how did you get started?
A. I started in 2010. Curling was a new, cool, and unusual sport in my city (Chelyabinsk, Russia). I started mostly thanks to my father - it was his big dream to have a high-level athlete in a family. He found who to contact and had been on every practice with me during the first 3 years!

Q. What are your curling achievements?
A. Gold medal Russian junior spartakiad 2011, 4-times Czech National Champion, 2nd place ECC-B 2016 (Esbjerg, Denmark), 4th place ECC 2016 (Glasgow, Scotland), 6th place WWCC 2018 (North Bay, Canada)

Q. What is your most memorable curling moment?
A. My favorite moment is the opening ceremony in North Bay (WWCC 2018). It was a huge thing, to be there in a full arena and to see your country flag. I was very proud of myself, and of my Team.

Q. If you could give one piece of advice to a young curler, what would it be?
A. Do not panic, keep on doing and don’t forget about the right technique.
