Retail Store Associate

Job Description

Asham Curling Supplies seeks a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Store Associate at our Winnipeg store location. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for helping customers while they shop, answering questions, and assisting in daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering customer questions and concerns, recommending products and services, and providing product demonstrations.
• Educate customers clearly and professionally about the products and services ASHAM offers.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure the store area is organized, clean, and well-maintained.
• Maintain knowledge of current product offerings and promotions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent work experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic math skills and ability to process transactions accurately.
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Familiarity with the use of POS systems
