Q. How long have you curled and how did you get started?
A. 29 Years, I asked if my best friend wanted to watch a hockey game and she said to meet her at the curling club first. When I got there, it looked like so much fun I asked if I could play.

Q. What are your curling achievements?
A.5-time Nova Scotia Provincial Champion, 3 Scotties, 2 mixed, and a Canadian Scotties Bronze Medalist (2018)

Q. What is your most memorable curling moment?
A. My first Scotties provincial championship with Sheena. We were ranked 4th, set a goal of making playoffs, and found ourselves in the final. We were 3 up coming home without hammer and I remember getting in the hack to throw my last shots and doing whatever I could to stop shaking and not throw up.

Q. If you could give one piece of advice to a young curler, what would it be?
A. Chasing your dreams can be long and hard, but ultimately, it’s a team sport. At the darkest of times do whatever you can to be kind to your teammates. There is always light that can be found.

Q. How long have you curled and how did you get started?
A. I started curling in 2001 after joining my junior high's team. I took an interest because both of my older sisters were curling and we spent a lot of time at the rink watching
them play. I decided to give it a try and the rest is
history!

Q What are your curling achievements?
A. After losing a few finals, I represented Nova Scotia at the 2009 Juniors. Since then,
I've competed in the Nova Scotia Scotties from 2010 - 2021.

Q. What is your most memorable curling moment?
A. Playing at a national level. It was something I have never experienced before the atmosphere, playing in an arena.

Q. If you could give one piece of advice to a young curler, what would it be?
A. Enjoy everything curling has to offer, teamwork, work ethic, the competition. But more importantly, to have fun. I've met some of my best friends through this sport.
