Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.asham.com. 

All domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. International orders are processed in 2-3 business days. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for processing. If there is a significant delay in the fulfillment of your order, we will contact you by phone or email. 

Please note that additional customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges may apply to your order depending on your country's regulations. These fees are not included in the price of the item or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on what these costs may be before placing your order.

Canadian Shipments:

 Canadian Ground Shipments Under $250 are $14.95

Canadian Ground Oversize Shipments Under $250 are $29.95 (brooms/delivery sticks)

Canadian Ground Shipments over $250 shipping is FREE

 International Shipments:

USA Shipments Under $300 are $14.95

USA Oversize Shipments Under $300 are $29.95 (brooms/delivery sticks)

USA Shipments over $300 are FREE

Any import duty, taxes or brokerage fees due at time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer.  

Additional charges will apply for express shipments. 

Returns and Exchanges 

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase with your receipt for an exchange or refund. If the product was ordered online the freight will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product was shipped in error by Asham.

You can also return unworn, unused items within 120 days of ship date for a refund, less the original shipping and handling fees. Tags should still be on garments. The refund will include the retail price paid, plus any applicable sales tax, to the credit card on the original order. Please note that items received after 120 days of ship date will only be eligible for an exchange. 

The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however, domestic and international parcel packages are typically not traceable.  

Please allow 10 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your return and refund to be processed. 

* Refunds approved without a proof of purchase will be issued as a store credit at the product’s lowest selling price

Please allow 3-5 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your exchange to be processed and shipped to you.

One-time item price adjustments will be honored if we are notified within 10 days of order shipment date. Refund amount will be made to the original form of payment. We will not refund to match promotional discounts or coupon codes, as they do not apply to previous purchases.

GOODS RETURNING TO CANADA FROM THE US OR OTHER INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS:

If you are returning Asham products or goods originating from Canada and have not undergone any enhancements, alterations, or changes from their original state, we kindly request your attention to the following details.

Please instruct your courier to explicitly indicate "Canadian Goods Returning" or “CANADIAN ORIGIN” when dispatching the items.

Additionally, ensure the use of the Harmonized Item Description and Coding System (HS Code 9814) during the shipment process.

This specific information will greatly assist in facilitating a clear distinction during customs clearance, proper classification of the goods, and ultimately prevent any unnecessary additional payments.

In any case where the above directives are not followed, and additional custom charges are incurred, we regret to inform you that these charges will be applied to your invoice.

Your cooperation in adhering to these instructions will contribute to a smoother and more streamlined return process. Thank you for your understanding and assistance.
