Be sure to provide detailed instructions regarding your preferred application specifications, including Teflon® or steel options, Teflon® thickness, solid or donut-style Teflon®, hinge preferences, toe wedge requirements, and any toe dip specifications.

GOODS RETURNING TO CANADA FROM THE US OR OTHER INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS:
If you are returning Asham products or goods originating from Canada and have not undergone any enhancements, alterations, or changes from their original state, we kindly request your attention to the following details.
Please instruct your courier to explicitly indicate "Canadian Goods Returning" or “CANADIAN ORIGIN” when dispatching the items.
Additionally, ensure the use of the Harmonized Item Description and Coding System (HS Code 9814) during the shipment process.
This specific information will greatly assist in facilitating a clear distinction during customs clearance, proper classification of the goods, and ultimately prevent any unnecessary additional payments.
In any case where the above directives are not followed, and additional custom charges are incurred, we regret to inform you that these charges will be applied to your invoice.
