Q. If you could give one piece of advice to a young curler, what would it be?
A. Trust the process. You must learn how to lose before you learn how to win. You need to learn from your mistakes and try your best to have a positive attitude. Do not forget to be nice to your fellow competitors, you could end up being teammates one day
